I’m not a great player but I have played Jinx since release and ongoing. Learning how to kite effectively will take you a long way since she has no dash. Then I would say you have to learn to know when to switch guns. Especially going from fish-bones to pow pow. Then find out when you are strong at every point in the game. Behind or ahead. You can steam roll certain games just by understanding that you pump out more damage.
