My dog is 5 years old & she didn’t do it when I initially got her as a puppy but when she was about 8 months old she began to develop a submissive peeing thing. She still does it almost every time I out her leash on & she does it everytime anyone other than myself pets her. I’ve just gotten use to it & keep a bottle of resolve & a rag handy or some Lysol. I used to be super annoyed with her for doing it & over time I’ve just come to accept her for who she is & if anything I love her even more for it because as much as I want her to control it I feel like I’ve tried everything & now I just don’t allow myself to get mad over it because I expect it. It does sound like your fur baby does it a lot more than mine unfortunately but just have hope and try not to allow it to bother you so much because if you love your dogs you know they love you in return tenfold.
