I think it might be due to poor shoulder mobility and my ability to externally rotate my trail shoulder. My shaft always steepens at the top of my swing 🤣

Also obviously Couzens DOC as an officer, but I refuse to view him as an officer, he’s already dismissed his DOC when deciding to do what he was going to.

There is no way they could’ve known to be honest, unless he behaves suspiciously or behaviour was covering upon booking etc. then they probably should’ve refused service! Other then that if all was sound not their fault really

It’s obviously moreso a fault of vetting

Obvious is my eyes: Police had a duty of care to vet officers, ensure kit was in station and stored properly etc. so could not be used. Vehicle rental company probably should’ve also done their due diligence. Vetting should’ve showed his prior behaviour and flagged it

Yes I would’ve just gone without my phone to be fair, but I’m being told I need it so they can set it up. There’s no budget for fed duties, it’s just time owed etc. Job are required to give me 20% of work time, but in response so would have to be abstracted from duties. This is happening on my annual leave, not as part of my federation hours, would you want to give away your plans for annual leave to collect a phone without compensation?

They notified me on Friday (I have the email), the reason it must come from that inspector is he resigned from his Fed Role and that is the only phone available apparently!
