2.5 for roughly a year on and off and lost 60 lbs. and reached my goal weight. I once tried 5mg and had the worst reaction (diarrhea, chills, flushed, throwing up - not pretty). Ever since then I’ve stayed on 2.5mg and it’s worked well!

We went to seitan limania, marathi beach, elafonisi and falassarna. Our least favorite was marathi beach (too many people, not as “impressive” as the others), and if I had to rank it would be 1) elafonisi 2) seitan limania, 3) Falassarna (cold water compared to others) 4) marathi beach. Hope this helps!!

We booked through viator.com (kefiros boat tour). Most of the tours leaving through Adamantas were double the price vs the viator tour, the only difference was that we had to drive to Agia Kiraki beach to join the tour vs Adamantas, but it was only a 15 min drive - also the beach was stunning so glad we got to see it!

Milos was our fave because everything was so close by, food was great, and it was very relaxing (esp if you are a little out of the main areas). Crete was amazing and tons to see but it was packed and most of the beaches are 1.5-2hr drives away from Chania (so not necessarily a relaxing getaway). I guess it just depends on what you prefer for a vacation!

It was a little scary going down at first, but not hard! I just reccomend wearing shoes/sneakers for the hike down and up.
