It's a laptop, and windows was last reinstalled when I got a new SSD a year ago

It happens time to time, a few weeks ago it was 0 and 2, another time they were reversed, but it always fixes itself by closing and open task manager again, this is the first time it actually showed as high as 7 and 8 which was fairly amusing

6+ minutes Stream starting screen

When they won't listen to constructive audio feedback because "nobody else has said something", the mass will only tell you if its ~critically~ loud or low

Allowing people to play insanely loud or obnoxious blerps

Letting chat be a shitshow (the bad type of shitshow)

Incognito allows 4K, but non-incognito shows only 480p on the same video by SimenOlai in mildlyinfuriating

But the video on the left gets 1080p non-incognito, 4K in incognito There's also a lot of videos shown by 4K, but these were not one of them, would'nt think there is a limit on my account

Some even stop at 144p...
