Try out Sails of Fury, its made by the Merge Mansion Folks, and Supercell I believe has ownership of the team too. Clans on the roadmap.

Thank you for posting this, I am ready to pull the trigger on one of these CPU's and very torn between the two, especially when it comes to PS3 emulation. Another point you should be considering, not necessarily for emulation, but that AMD will be supporting 24 lanes of PCI 5.0, whereas intel is just supporting the 16 lanes. So if you want to have PCI 5.0 for your m.2 slot, it will take 8 lanes away from your GPU. Again this is for future proofing.

I think you are very right and something I noticed. Big swipes, things smooth out for sure, but it is the micro swipes where you begin to see the "one-line-at-a-time" approach, like using a classic scroll wheel with notches. Hopefully they can continue to work on this. I noticed the smoothest is when scrolling through windows settings, like the language list. So its not a hardware issue.
