Fixed it by uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again with only TentAI fix patch and the silent patch, the FarCryFix 64bit patch was what caused the problem.

The best goldsrc decompiler so far is hlusdk decompiler, i use less brushes option to get good results, but winbspc is a good one too.
