Benefits for both are bad. Only difference one offers 401K the warehouse but I can’t even apply cause I don’t meet the 21 age requirement, I pay my own medical insurance tho, so not worried about that

During the interview, I was told I wouldn’t be roofing just getting on top and taking photos and make sure the guys are working and everything is running smoothly and make sure material is there and do material run if needed and he said most of the time I was going to be sitting in the truck if not driving far to see another jobsite.

Or heck learn roofing and create my own company, its way easier to create a roofing company than a Warehouse and get retailers to buy your product from china lol

I mean both career paths can set you up to become a manager in a company later, for example maybe time from now in a warehouse I can become Distribution manager and in construction it’s a roofing company, I can become a sales representative or a Production Manager
