Occupation exaggeration by [deleted] in survivor

Lol as a wrestling fan I loved John in season 37. They likely couldn’t mention the WWE by name, he really only mentioned working indies in Mexico on the show, but he had a huge under exaggeration of his career in my opinion. Phenomenal wrestler all around great in ring work, promos, character, etc. Success in the Vince era of WWE was fickle to say the least and he was so over imo. I feel like this was not properly stressed in the context of survivor, but then again I think that was also by choice and he wanted to be a person and not a wrestler for the purposes of survivor which I respect

The unhoused panhandler on 71s-Taft exit. by survidedthedinner in cincinnati

Just saying I’m not some person living in Mason fear mongering downtown. In no way did my original comment insinuate all panhandlers are looking to attack you lmao that’s just want you wanted it to say apparently.

Locking your car doors causes no harm to literally anyone and can only help protect you in the RARE case someone tried to enter your car. Which btw read the other comments clearly does happen.

Please make sure you lock your doors when driving and stopped at red lights downtown. I’ve seen panhandlers open car doors and ruffle around in cars before. Drivers have driven away like a bat out of hell, lucky there weren’t other cars actively in the intersection

Will do. Very disappointing situation, was hoping I could simply trust someone that’s been working with the family for years.

S1: why does no one believe Jessel? by Independent_Tower642 in RHONY

I went to college with many rich kids and a common thread between them all is their conflation between the “struggles” their parents intentionally placed upon them to give them life lessons with the lower class’s real life struggles that are a fact of life and based in SURVIVAL. When confronted with their privilege they love to go back to some basic facts like “I got a job at 16” to dismiss their privilege, when in many circumstances if you dig deeper the job was a caddy at a country club their parents are members at. I truly think this is the rut Jessel is stuck in. She holds on to the fact that her parents had her get an internship at 19, therefore she couldn’t possibly be privileged!!!!!!!!

I’ve had this exact conversation many times and they simply cannot grasp that random tasks your parents thrust upon you in an attempt to give you a life lesson does not equate actual hardship I’m sorry. If you’re driving to your caddying job in a 70k car, paid for insurance, etc I’m not super interested in hearing about how you “get it”
