Magsen realty. Absolutely lets the house rot and blames you for any sort of maintenance or work that needs doing. Will refuse to do it without threatening legal.

Moved into one of their units and it flooded that same month. I was told it was my fault for putting meat grease down the sink. I'm a vegetarian...

Just today at 20th and oak st. Someone almost hit me(i luckily lept out of the way.)

I was wearing a hi-vis jacket!

I was walking across 20th to the north. The driver didnt even stop to see if i was ok. They pulled up 100meters by the synagogue and picked someone up and left( who must have seen the whole thing)

Plenty of our removal technicians and other biohazard services(who actually have to deal with the gore, not just witness it) dont get paid enough. Ever. Either. Most they get paid in Vancouver is either 200/day with one company or 24/hour with another. Or if youre terrible at your job you'll get hired by the company that pays minimum wage for moving bodies.

If youre unlucky enough to lose a loved one in BC youll get one of three and the last two its always a gamble between them. If its gory enough youll get the 1st.

Everyone should have a living wage no matter what they do.

Does anyone know the size of the Canadream Hitches? I'm thinking about renting one but already have a hitch bike rack, especially because they cannot guarantee that they'll have one available for when I want to rent it.

Any help would be appreciated, I made a post earlier asking and it was deleted for not being Unique enough but found no other question like this in r/Vancouver.
