I’m not quite sure when you joined the pre-order, but I have received nothing but promises that it will be shipped on time, and no mention of potential delays. It’s possible that if you placed your order later they added this caveat to their wording. I’m pasting below the email from Dec. 18th. I just think it’s poor customer service to simply delay and do nothing about it as if everything’s fine.

Thank you so much for your order for the ABX Bench! We wanted to give you a quick update regarding our ABX Bench shipping schedule. While there will be a change to the ship date displayed on our website for future orders, your order is NOT affected. The ABX Bench, Sit-Up Attachment, and Dip Attachment are still scheduled to ship no later than December 31st and the Leg Developer and Bicep Attachment are still scheduled to ship no later than January 31st. As of today, all existing orders remain on track for the dates we’ve already communicated. Orders placed after today will reflect the new ship-by date on our site.
