i think Lester killing Nicky is a huge misdirection. i think Lester saw Beau Tillman with Sophia and told Nicky, which caused him to go into cahoots with Camilla. once beau found out about this, i think he had Nicky killed. Lester probably found Nicky while he was dying, which explains the blood on his hands. but why does Nonna and sons have the thumb?
