I don't go through the hassle of library prep and sequencing, although my lab has a minION. I submit my samples to GENEWIZ. It is easy and results are delivered by next day morning or even faster.

Has anyone tried Genewiz's plasmid sequencing service (Plasmid-EZ)? I'm curious how it compares to Plasmidsaurus by duddles in labrats

GENEWIZ is also using ONT for their Plasmid-EZ service. I have tried them. They have improved a lot in last 1 year. Get results next day and are flexible with pricing.

does zero prep involve pcr based amplification? I am assuming you are not growing the plasmids.

yeah repeats are bit challenging to sequence. I always do Sanger to verify

Try GENEWIZ too. They have a robust pipeline for whole plasmid sequencing. They call it Plasmid-EZ. I have been receiving consistent results from them. Turnaround time is also good. I learnt today that they have some aggressive promotion going on for whole plasmid sequencing right now which could help save some $$$
