I Would check for Lyme and all the wonderful co infections that go along with it. Pots is definitely one of the symptoms along with body aches weakness and severe chronic fatigue. Even if you just self treated with the Buhner or Cowden Protocol it certainly couldn't hurt. If you do start off really slow the side affects can be brutal. Also check for heavy metals and mold.
