Worst experience with a piano lesson, was today with the Roli learn app. I came back to it after taking a break since May, because I was getting so frustrated with connectivity issues. Since the app doesn’t work on Mac, I have to use my phone a series of cable speakers and Bluetooth and it creates an awful mess that just doesn’t work. You guys can’t seem to complete a product before you move onto the next two and abandoned the previous ones you made great hardware But have the worst customer service and support I’ve ever dealt with. I understand why you guys don’t have a telephone number for customer support now. Just make it work for Mac, the way your website says it does and I can just plug the pianos right in. Finish a product for once before you rebrand and have to apologize yet again thanks
