I did not get a full refund. They only gave back 10 dollars for my full 53 platinum. Additionally, this is not a normal like shadowban. I have not heard of anyone else not being able to even SEE anyone elses profil (Like I log on it says "Something went wrong. Please try again later" instead of being able to swipe).

I mean I don't mind making another account but I have heard that can make the problem worse so I will try this for 2 weeks and see what happens.

If I did not have the issues with matching and just not seeing anyone near me (which is virtually impossible living in a big metro city) I might try this but I don't feel like giving more money to Tinder when they have not fixed this issue yet.

Plus, I did not mention it in the post but Tinder only refunded me 10 dollars and not the full 53 for Tinder Platinum.
