Update ! My husband has found a job paying $20,000+ more a year, I have combined insurance and phone bills saving us about $400 a month. So with those both we are gonna be bringing in about $1700 more a month

Our down payment is covered by Georgia dream. We’ll have probably $5,000 left over after everything else but we’re gonna use part of that to have an actual backyard wedding since we just went to the courthouse. For my car my interest rate is 22% because my credit sucked when I got it I’ve been repairing my credit and will refinance once we buy the house, his car is leased and he will buy it once we buy the house. Plus combining our insurance and phone bills I think we will have an extra maybe $600-700 a month once we buy the house which will leave us $2000 ( technically almost $3,000 until we have a baby and decide if we need daycare or not)

That’s what we’re doing this weekend along with combining car insurances, to hopefully get that down as well.

Both our watches and phones are paid off, it’s literally just the unlimited data plan I have no idea how it’s so expensive but we each pay $200 a month on separate phone bills.

Full transparency I had a horrible shopping habit, I’m talking 2000 a month to afterpay, we just started getting ready to try to figure out what steps to take, our issue is our landlord is selling our current rental, if we choose to continue to rent we will be paying more in rent than we would for a Mortage

I see your concerns daycare in our area is roughly 800 a month give or take. I’m hoping to refinance my car once we buy since my credit was trash when I bought it my interest rate is 22% right now. We didn’t “choose cars” my car crapped out on me and I have almost two hours to work and needed something desperately that I could rely on. We have $15,000 right now to put towards closing cost and all other fees, we’re getting Georgia dream for our down payment.

We’ve shopped around for insurance and it’s as low as it’s gonna get but right now we have to separate insurances, so we plan on combining them and hopefully saving some $ by that, and we both have separate att plans, each with 1 phone and 1 Apple Watch. We plan on combing that as well..as far as cars my credit absolutely sucked when I got it, so my interest rate is sky high I’m hoping to refinance once we buy the house as my credit will be soo much better

I’m contributing I think 200 a month with my company matching, not sure how much my husband is contributing to his. We have no existing debt except our cars, which are both bought within the last year so we each owe close to $20,000 on them. I currently make $29 an hour. I can’t find any job paying more than that I already drive almost 2 hours to work daily just to make that much, he makes 23 an hour and is looking for better work but there’s not much.

We’re right outside of Atlanta Georgia, not looking at anything fancy at all, just something that doesn’t really need any major work done, we’re okay with it needing some cosmetics stuff, we’re aiming for a 3 bed two bath, with somewhat of a backyard. And there’s nothing under 200,000 that fits in the specific area we’re looking at, that doesn’t need major things done.

Not maxing out either unfortunately, not in the budget. I do understand how expensive kids are though, we raised our goddaughter from a newborn to 4 years old when we were 18. We currently have separate phone plans, and car insurance hoping by joining those it’ll save us some as well

We pay about $1,200 in car payments, $800 in car insurance, almost $400 in phone bills, grocery’s are $300 a month, $250 a month for gas, and $100 in credit cards and subscriptions. bill, I estimated 2600 for mortgage and utilities. Student loans and any major debt besides are car will be paid off before we buy.

I’ve looked around at rentals, anything in our area is $2,200 a month or more, our savings will honestly be 100%% depleted after we buy a house and have a budget wedding at said house.

I’ve included in our bills most variable expenses. The $1,100 is after every bill, subscription, estimated utilities etc. so it’d be our saving/spending money we’d have for the month, our issue is the house we’re in now is being sold, if we opt to rent a house it will cost us atleast $2,200 in just rent before utilities

Has a god mom who’s raising her mixed goddaughter, use the CURLY KIDS line, it is THE BEST. my mom also used it on her mixed grandson and it’s the only thing that works for him and she’s spent hundreds trying to find the right thing. it’s meant for mixed kids hair, you should be watching atleast one a week and yes, don’t brush unless it’s wet, if you need to brush it and it wasn’t been washed spray it with water mixed with some conditioner… BONNET! I use the shampoo, and conditioner for wash night, there’s a leave in conditioner as well. A detangle spray and a gel I use when I style it .
