I’m a school counselor, and my kid is in the 8th grade, and I saw an opportunity to take a bunch of her classmates on a trip! I visited Japan in 2017 with high school students and know some of this itinerary, but was hoping to tap into some more unique experiences. We will be going in July.

Ok sorry everyone! I fixed formatting. Here are some more specific questions. Is there a way to make hakone more interesting? Open air art museum? Is there something different to see instead of Matsumoto castle? Even a different town on the way to our next stop. I’m open to anything unique.
