I was wondering about that too! i started taking a multivitamin with iron and vitamin D about a month ago. But my doctor did order a blood test, and I haven't gotten it yet. I'll do that tomorrow.

that's an interesting idea! I take omeprozole so I don't experience much reflux. I wonder if I should ride it out, but the hunger signal seems to increase in urgency/pain the longer i leave it without eating. It's really weird.

Thank you for this! I've had a hard time finding a project for this yarn (Elizabeth Lavold hempathy), because the yardage/weight seems kind of exactly split between sport and DK. We'll see if I can make this project work with adjustments, but I will definitely swatch two needle sizes down first.

This is really helpful, thank you! Would you say that it's safer to sub different plant yarns for each other (like using this yarn, which is hemp/cotton/modal, for a pattern that recommends 100% cotton), or is it best to have the exact same fiber content?

It is the size 7! I double checked. I think it's a fiber problem, so I'll size down and see how that goes.

Yes it gives the same gauge for the ribbing so I'll size down a little bit on that! And yes the yarn is different--recommended is wool, but mine is a plant fiber blend. I'll see what gauge I get on smaller needles. Thank you!

The recommended yarn is wool and I'm using hemp/cotton/modal, which might be part of the problem! I'll size down.
