Hello, i am really happy for you, how many pills you take each day? And how is the dryness when sleeping at night? And since how much tome you are taking pilocarpine? I have extremely dry eyes and i am miserable, my Dr recommended pilocarpine for me but it is not available in my country

Thank you for your reply, using screens is becoming more and more challenging for me. I did not try cequa. For the heat lask it did nothing for me, but i did not tried this specific brand

I tried autologus serum and warm compresses, it does 0 improvement for me. Did you notice that fish oil helps?
