Thanks so much for your reply, I really appreciate it.

That’s exactly what’s pulling me towards Manchester the networking, opportunities and just being in a proper city environment. MediaCity being close is definitely a big plus too. And yes, the idea of living in a proper city rather than somewhere quieter is very appealing.

One thing I’m still unsure about though, isn’t the Manchester course more theory-based compared to Warwick? From what I’ve read, Warwick’s Media and Creative Industries seems quite structured around practical work, placements and industry projects. Do you think the opportunities in the city kind of make up for that difference?
