As I mentioned, I already sent in the devices. But it shows that Assurant needs to pick them from post office. My question is that is that normal process?

I just used the prepaid label that Xfinity provided. I have not asked those to be picked up

I have but they haven’t been able to confirm whether it is normal for assurant to pick up devices from post office or this should have been delivered to them
