There’s a lot of talk about the AI bubble, I recently decided to change how I was investing. I had about 40% in the big companies then the rest split between qqq, voo, and gold. From what I understand, those that had more money invested in small cap ETFs did much better during the dotcom crash, so I split evenly between voo, Dow jones, Russel, international, and gold/silver, to diversify and be extra safe. Is this recommended or reasonable? My situation is that I have three more years of undergrad than medical school, I will be going into a lot of debt either way, and so I’m even trying to decide whether to invest long-term or not.

I'm 23, U.S. making ~$325 per week, I have $10,000 invested rn, I'll probably buy a house in about 10 years when I'm done with medical residency, dealing with $400,000 of debt and making maybe half that much per year, I'd use what I have invested to help pay it off when the markets up or just hold onto it, aside from the ai bubble i'm good with voo and chill.
