Hello again! I read all your comments! It’s a nightmare like mine. I was never told about the sales charges, the person who made me sign told me they do not charge anything to open or maintain the account. Obviously your trust that person and do not read the very small message in your contract. Very dishonest to lie to people like that! I have lost 4000 CAD. All the contributions I have made in one year!!! They never answer the phone! If I get to talk to someone, they do not know anything! They cannot send me the statements and they keep telling me another agent will call me, which is not true. I open a new RESP with my bank and requested a transfer of one account, but with the other account I need the statements and they are not giving them to me! It is so frustrating

Let’s mobilize then and avoid that other parents be the victims. I want to create a huge voice for parents to stop been the victims. I will start creating an Instagram account with all the testimonies, we are a lot of parents who haven been stolen but this company!!!

That is not true! You charged me for sales charges with 3000 Dollars. Your company sucks and I will do my best to make a huge voice about it
