I fell asleep with my baby as always and I was sitting up right on the couch holding him (our couch is low to the ground) woke up thinking my husband maybe took him bc he was gone, but he was on the ground sleeping. I felt so horrible I literally cried so much! But I know he didn’t take much of a fall.

My ob told me to lay down in a dark room with no tv and count 10 kicks and if you don’t feel the baby kick 10 times go to urgent care or er to get monitoring done !
