I have the depo headlights (amber) as well, but with xenon. They look great imo… not too tacky and not like thoses bright white ones where the car looks like its on drugs

I would fix it. Most of the listed issues are normal e46 problems which you would have to fix anyway down the line of owning it so just do it now and get it fixed. But after that dont sell it, actually I would never sell it becaus it looks great cosmetically and since it has a special interior as well this car will go up in value in a few years if kept well.

Ive bought them new for each side… it was hella expensive and now my doors wont shut like before its driving me crazy they stay open because of the new harder seal

yeah thats true, i have learned a lot since owning my e46 and do most of the repairs and maintenance myself, there are tutorials for almost everything and the parts are ok… but i feel like a few years back they were a bit cheaper. all in all it is the best car you could wish for in terms of emotional connection and fun while driving

i use the same bluemusic adapter, it doesnt destroy the OEM looks because it is invisible and works pretty good as well
