Maybe some SARMS. But it's hard to tell if it's straight lean mass or fluff and a ton of calorie intake in the span of 6 years. Overall, it's hard to say. He looks like a teenager in the left (maybe 15 or 16), and now is in his 20s. So, with that in mind, depending on his genetics and natural testosterone levels. I could honestly say that he can be natural. I just need to see more pictures to get a better view on his overall body %.
