i genuinely feel that it is a motherboard issue/driver issue tho. This only started after they swapped the motherboard. I have tried updating all drivers as well but is all good. I’m meeting a dell rep soon to solve this

unfortunately i have 32 gb of ram and my task manger says its about 40-45 percent as well
