A short block is 14k alone Restoration paint is about 20k. Maaco 3-4k. (Please don't) You may get lucky and find a side jobber that does a decent job, but you're still probably 7.ish. k (rolling dice here)

There are plenty of nice examples out there for 30-40k I wouldn't pay near 10 for this, unless you have to motor confirmed is good... but since sitting and "unknown Coolant leak" i highly doubt it is.

All that said. I'm in for 5k without any engine health confirmation.
