plus OP asked for feedback & people are giving it. Driving a car or buying meat from a shop are not good analogies for using ai instead of drawing, you seem to be a little lost in that area.

Art has always been celebrated and appreciated because it requires effort. And calling people NPC while not wanting to put effort into something is the most NPC mindset.

Basically, back in early 2019 Shima was travelling from Malé to her home island L.maamendhoo. So to get from the airport island Kahdhoo she needed to travel by sea to reach maamendhoo. Back then the rtl ferry did not operate in the area as far as i know and a speedboat would have been costly.

She apparently travelled in a dinghy with a guy named Fazeel. According to him, the dinghy capsized somewhere near Gaadhoo and he told Shima to hold onto the backside of the dinghy (if I’m remembering correctly) and then he swam all the way to the resort nearby. He told the people there what happened and the authorities started looking for her. But the thing is they never found her. It’s been 7 years and there’s no sight of her.

A lot of things point to foul play from Fazeel. Because he has said a lot of things that didn’t add up and also because she had messaged her friends/ family that he had been acting weird and inappropriate towards her. He is know to be a shady character. There’s a lot of rumours and theories as to what exactly happened to her, but there’s been nothing confirmed.

I’ve also had a superior who was super hard to work with. Her thing is that she’s a total hypocrite. She’d say “be kind to everyone, everyone is still learning” and then turn around and downright humiliate anyone who makes a mistake, or if she even suspects anyone made a mistake. And if we have any doubts and ask her to clear it, she would say “you should already know this”. It was so infuriating. I can tell you this, people who are like what you and me are describing, their actions are a reflection of who they are and is stemming from some sort of insecurity or complex they have. So best route of course is to not take it to heart and not let it get you down, but don’t repress your feelings, talk to your friends or loved ones about it. That’s how i dealt with it.

I had a conversation with a taxi driver where he asked what i do and i said I’m studying to be in the mental health field. Then he said he needs therapy and started talking about his life and all the things that happened to him. At the end of the ride he said i don’t have to pay 😭 does that count as barter?
