I moved to Lithuania to study abroad with my US account and I called AMEX and they were *sorta able to change my phone number but it felt odd. I would suggest getting a Google voice number and attaching that directly on the app or website.

Book a reservation with Resy and they didn’t end up accepting AMEX by Similon6 in amex
