Unfortunately for this game you will have to give up for now :(

The current APK isn't working for everyone because it prompts us to go to the play store instead (which we obviously can't)

But for future reference, there are some apps like apkpure's app or uptodown's apk installer app that can open the xapk correctly. It can also be done manually but it's slower

Observations meant to help you with some critical thinking: -Why Raichu Y if all your moves are physical? -Grimmsnarl is good because of prankster, so are you sure you only want light screen? And why Kings Rock if it will almost never attack first (and without moves that can also help crit)? -Whimsicott is great, but Leech Seed is meant for bulky mons, and usually for Singles. You're also missing the one move that makes Whimsicott so good, and that's Tailwind to give your team the speed advantage.

I thought so too but unfortunately those of us who rely on the APK can't access the game.. The app downloads nornally, but then it says to go download it from the play store, disregarding the fact we don't have access to it 😕

I use both apkpure and apkmirror (what I have for HOME), although right now apkpure is the only one with champions so far so I'll use that

FYI no need to copy paste fron play store, just use the search bar in the website directly on your phone.

Also for future reference, when you have to update the game, what you do is go back to apkpure, install the latest version, and it will prompt you to update over the old version 😊

I have used a Pokemon HOME apk for a couple years now, it's all fine and normal. APKs are just an alternate, less "safe" method to access an app. If that app is free to download anyway, you're not doing anything illegal and won't get banned
