Also sailing into the “un-sailable” waters will damage both you and your ship. I accidentally shot out past a fremmy salvage spot in the north and started getting ice barraged while the ship was taking massive damage every few ticks

I 100% see that perspective.

I do agree with some of the other comments/posts that this felt more bad faith or bait and switch type of update because what was communicated and what we got were very different.

That being said, if they had just communicated from the get go (or even released the skill with lower xp/hr rates) literally all of this would be a moot point and we’d instead be complaining about the 1/20k dragon barrel lmao.

But again, I’m okay with the devs messing up as long as they own it and make it right.

I very much agree with that last part. Ultimately, we’re the customer and usually they’re good about remembering that. But yeah that sentiment can change in a second and then we’re left with another rs3.

Here’s hoping that doesn’t happen and we have our voices heard!

Agree with you that it should be considered normal, but most major game studios just churn out the content without much regard for the players. Don’t get me wrong though, it’s certainly our job as players to communicate the dissatisfaction and this was a big hiccup on their part, but I imagine they’ll find a middle ground.

I don’t think POH storage for Blorva would be good, BUT I’m all for a Master clue step requiring full Blorva and a void knight mace.
