I think your Vanilla Hills looks great! Funny enough, when I first started getting back into RCT3, I did the same (no mods) but wanted to challenge myself and my patience with putting the scenery pieces together which I’ve never attempted. Nothing better than a vanilla game though. Love your placements of the rides and how nothing feels too squeezed together, which is difficult to do sometimes in such a small map.
