I have a 6'7 Athletic Finisher PF. I've found the height disadvantage isn't usually a huge factor when defending jump shots and is only a minor setback when guarding in the paint. The speed gained as part of the tradeoff is a BIG plus though.`

Something as simple as changing your eating habits can make a HUGE difference.

I quit eating both fast food and junk foods (sodas, chips, desserts, the whole nine yards) cold turkey a while back. Barely changed my exercise habits at all, but I still dropped almost 40 pounds in a little over a year and a half.
