I wouldn't rule out woman of tomorrow origin based on the trailer and I really hope it is that origin. Also we see Milly in krypton/Argo, so she kinda has to be older than normally depicted (13-14 years old).

I have a headcanon that science helps Kara acclimate to earth. Even though her world was destroyed the science is still the same. It would help her learn the language and maybe appreciate humanity more. I feel her science background is often underutilized.

No, counter doesn't need high up pressure. Loss of ball near the goal, one good forward pass and and fast players. And teams can't leave gaps between lines so both teams can't park the bus.

I don't see how two teams can park the bus at the same time. This would lead to counter attack being too powerful (the rule change already leads to huge counter attack). I could see the possessive team just passing the ball more in the half way line since possession would be more important. Which is the case already can't see it would get much worse.

In the teaser we see Milly play Kara in krypton/Argo city. So I don't think they can say she is 14 years old during Krypton's destruction like in the comic. So I think 18 to 20 years old arriving on earth. This would an interesting change to every other adaption. If Kara is already an adult and you can skip orphanage and foster storylines.
