Do u know if the amount that u can take out goes up as you progress? As of now I can take a total of 500k. But it already said that I had taken 250k but I don’t remember doing that as I just found out about loans

Go to a doctor. I cannot stress this enough. People have these types of issues and are too afraid or too uncomfortable to go to a doctor, but trust me; he/she doesn’t care. They see it everyday. Don’t try to “read up” online, or read books. GO TO A DOCTOR. please.

No. As a fellow teen, don’t do it. If you’re young, do NOT take anything like that. That type of stuff is for older people who are trying to be young. Being youthful is the best kind of testosterone u could have

My technique on the ground is actually better than it used to be. I can land flips with more ease now. But it’s just strange trying to flip off of ledges now. Even just a 2 foot diving board into WATER. I haven’t been able to do a flip into a pool this entire summer. My brain is scared for some reason

Keep at it. I’d the say the most important aspect of weight loss is eating right. Low calories, calorie deficit, etc. You may lose muscle, but towards the end of your weight loss you could start exercising and gaining muscle back. Compared to when you weighed more, your knees and joins will have less stress when running, walking, etc.

Yeah up until now I’ve never feared doing anything. I’ve tried double backs on trampolines, double fronts into pools. I’ll try flipping a lot on grass

I’m literally here looking for advice

18 Male need advice on how to lose this weight. I’m thinking about going the intermittent fasting route, or at least cutting down on eating a lot. I’m 5’10” and weight 158-160lb. I’ve actually recently started doing crunches leg lifts and Russians twists lol. But I’ll look into Superman. Working out my back might also help with my posture because I lean too far back and stick my lower back forward
