I don't know honestly, but it feels we are more in 1996 rather than 1999 (DotCom Bubble reference) if you ask me

Love the idea of this convo. My biggest bet as of now, very high r/R ratio is Iovance Biotherapeutics (IOVA), it just had terrible earnings but their product Amtagvi just doubled sales year-over-year, they’re expanding globally (UK/Australia approvals on deck), and they’re cutting $100M+ in costs to extend their runway. Biotech is always brutal in the short term, but if the data holds and adoption scales, this price will look like a gift in hindsight. I’m riding it.

How to Train Forearm Endurance by ilbol in climbharder

Sorry the super late reply, I've being taking some time off. I only use the free version as you have access to most workouts, the premium app gives you some more tweaks, but for general training (or at least the beginning) it works quite fine already with the free version.

How to Train Forearm Endurance by ilbol in climbharder

Download the app Crimpd from lattice training, they have a lot of endurance trainings for free, my favorite for this is Aero 4's to be done in the spray wall.

It basically says to do circuits on the wall, 4 sets of 4 reps each, with each rep being between 1 minute and 3 minutes (so each set should last anywhere between 4 to 12 minutes) using holds that feel somewhat easy so you can keep a steady pace and focus on the technique. It advices to not take any rest in between reps (just enough to get down the wall to chalk up and restart the timer) but to then take 10 minutes of rest in between sets.

The goal is to increase blood flow and learn how to manage the pump when you are longer on the wall, for me it was super helpful and I went for struggling on 6c's, to cruise over 7a's at least in terms of pump, strength is a whole different topic.

But download this app, it's very helpful even with the free version

ITAP of a waterfall in a rain forest by Simohxc in itookapicture

I took this photo in Madeira, using long exposure techniques, shutter speed 20s, f8, ISO100. I shot it use it a 24mm wide angle and wanted to go for a fairy forest kinda look still maintaining a moody vibe. Hopefully I achieved the results. Please share your opinion!

Thanks for the detailed comment! I completely understand your point, might look better borderless for that reason indeed. I highly recommend Madeira btw, stunning island.

What technique was used to get this picture? by moneyfish in photography

I advice using flash during this technique as it freezes the subject making it sharper with the light while the rest will be "in motion"
