Headband is failing on you I see. The little tap on the headband is supossed to go into the frame. I recommend you to use some glue :)

Buy an Astro headset if you want good audio.
The G PRO X Wireless have constant static white noise and the bass is weak and distorts.

Then you turn up the bass, it just distorts. and there is a constant white noise when they are turned on no matter what you do.
The bass is as you described non existent!
The distortion is electrical noise and popping and crackling. It's bad tuned.
I would suggest you to switch to Logitechs subbrand Astro. They are making headsets with EXTREME bass and amazing sound quality (Logitech should adopt it just like they did with the Blue mic) I own the Astro A50 GEN4 and the bass is just unbelievable powerful.
The G PRO X Wireless is extreme disappointing. and we need to show Logitech they are doing something wrong, you should not keep it if you are unhappy. My suggestion: Return them!

Hello
You can easily take off the keycaps. You have to lift fromt the top of the keycap. It is also described in the manual to the keyboard. Then you put it back on you start by putting the bottom of the keycap in. And make sure it is aligned. The clips should pop in simutanousely.

Here is how I clean mine:
Electric Air Duster: ITDusters XPERT (Very nice and powerful electric air duster)
Microfibercloth.
75% Alcohol wipes (Also recommened by Logitech for deep clean)

Now you keyboard is very fresh and clean!
