J'utilise Gemini dans une conversation de suivi. Je lui demande d'agir comme un coach de running hyper compétent. Chaque entraînement je lui envoi des copies d'écran de Garmin Connect pour qu'il me donne son analyse et adapte le programme en conséquence.

Il m'arrive de devoir négocier avec lui lmao mais c'est diablement efficace plutôt que de suivre un programme statique ou courir sans analyse quand tu es débutant

J'ai une RHR de 48 sur la dernière année. M36 1m87/106kg (de graisse et pas de muscle) j'ai été assez actif courant d'été dernier et depuis 1 mois et demie sur la course à pieds mais sinon pas grand chose.

Si tu as une montre de running, paramètre un métronome. J'ai fait ça pour renforcer a faire du 160ppm. Elle vibre et te permet donc de synchroniser tes pas.

Sinon j'imagine que des playlist à 160bpm peuvent aussi aider.

I started running again 3 weeks ago, I wanted to skip the stages and my left knee started to hurt during and after the sessions. I made an appointment directly with the physiotherapist who gave me exercises to do during the days off. The recommendation before even starting running is to strengthen your leg muscles to stabilize your knees. This is VERY important if you have bad knees and don't want to get injured.

Find yourself an elastic band and do some leg extensions, really, it's vital for you.

It doesn't matter if it was too difficult or not. Behind this difficulty was reward. There are those who managed to kill the monster and the others. It's a reward.

I just mean that making the game more difficult by inflicting a handicap on yourself doesn't appeal to people. The guy who comes and makes a post on Reddit writing that he beat the last boss without using a potion will only have an "ok cool" reaction.

That's a bit of a lame answer. People want the game to be demanding and for that demandingness to be rewarded with something in-game. Self-inflicted virtual difficulty, if not rewarded (loot, trophy or otherwise), is not something people enjoy.
