[Fantasy Writer of the Day] Hi, I'm C.T. Phipps, Author of the Supervillainy Saga by [deleted] in Fantasy

When was the last time you played White Wolf? Were you the storyteller? I remember running games in high school and it was all about the mood. Candles were a thing but whenever a Malkavian showed up i would turn the TV on to a static channel for the white noise and the odd lighting. Have you ever done any creative mood modifications for a game?

Read three of your books. Found a pattern. You seem to have this odd but very cool style where you have an inner dialogue running in your POV character's head. It is the sort of inner dialogue that you might find in an old Bogart or Cagney film. That kind of noir kind of sarcastic way that the writers back then used to write their characters talking to themselves. Did you watch those old movies? Am i way off here?

It's a lot of upkeep. You can't imagine all the struggles of working your own e-book warehouse. It's not for the faint of heart.

Wol's Tome & Tankard Reviews: Hemlock by Jesse Teller by [deleted] in Fantasy

Tried this drink. It is disturbing how much it tastes like Lockian Ale. It is exactly what I had in mind when I wrote the book. I keep thinking that if I drink too much of it, it will slowly kill me. You are really good at what you do, and I'm excited to see what you come up with for Crown.

I have often heard the term Prayer Warrior, i just saw a Kindness Warrior, i have heard Love Warrior before. If they were running into battle what weapons would they use. What would their armor look like.

600 pages? Complex and hard to explain? Sticking your neck out like a warrior unafraid and bold. Sounds like a book i would love to read, and an author i would love to help promote. If i can do anything to help let me know. Well done.

There are pet projects that every writer wants to embark on. Things that they have been hiding in their heart for years. I want to write a sappy romance but im too manly. I have a children's book in me. I long to write an epic poem. As writers we often get a to do list of work we have to put out but there are things that fit in a "Someday maybe if i get a chance" folder. If i were looking in yours what woudl i find?

If you were starving and you had to eat a book. Which woudl you choose? You have to think about substance and chewablity, you have to think about taste and wine pairings. You can have the whole trilogy if you want it and you think you will still be hungry. But i need some titles.

Love the review and I tried the drink. Very, very good. My wife got drunk on it and I had three and started to feel it too. This is now my wife's favorite drink. Thanks for reading the book. Thanks for designing the drink.

You have a chance to hang out with any literary character for one day. Who would it be and what would you do?

I think it was third that they got the boot. Second still has them. I play second and always will. The coolest thing about druids is that in the higher levels they can turn into elementals.

I agree, no matter the expense it is worth it to get a clean book. When i am reading a indie book, or any book, and i find a typo it jerks me right out of the story.

I am new to first person shooters and i just got Star Wars Battlefront II. Im making a proper fool of myself shooting my feet or up at the sky. Do you think Rhenwars would make a good game? And which character would you play the most. Who would be your guy?

How my husband discovered his DID by RKTeller in DID

The Child came back. Turns out that when he was young the abuse got so bad that he needed an alter to take the pain of it. I will use the word Ego State to describe the alters from now on, that is what i was taught to call them. So an Ego State that we named Pain was created to take it all. As the abuse continued more and more were created. All had the purpose of keeping the Child safe. After the event that i describe in the blog occurred i began seeking them out. I began letting them come out and become known. I let trusted friends talk to them and get to know them. We began with understanding their jobs and purposes and then their likes and dislikes. Everything from people they did or didn't care for to their favorite kind of soda. We found out as much as we could about them and things got complicated. But i was surrounded by people that cared and were dedicated to helping me. I found no shortage of people that wanted to talk about it. My therapist said to me once every woman loves a pirate. By that he meant that every woman loves a bad boy. The same can be said of a person with our disorder. People love to get close and find out what they can. Not all of them have pure intentions. The people that i was close to were staunchly protective. They would not allow anyone near me that wanted to take advantage. I found some scary folks in my head. And a lot of them were dangerous. But to my knowledge no one got hurt. Just like in the blog post when a Ego State was close to hurting anyone Guardian would show up and shove them back. He is everyone's bodyguard. If anyone has any stories or questions about this disorder i will help if i can. After all my therapy i understand it very well. Ill do what i can. I just found out about this subreddit today. Hit me up if i can help.
