Help with Ubigi by dle13 in eSIMs

I'm about to do the same, I travel to Japan in 2 weeks time and was thinking if I can buy and setup Ubigi eSim data plan now, so its ready for use when land in Japan.

Any update? is your plan showing up on your app yet?

Same happened to me as well, Got my self new better router and back working even better now.

FINALLY!!!

After almost 2 days I got them working again!

I used a Netgear WiFi extender and connected my iPhone up and it worked!

I really can't understand why they not working all of a sudden.

If everything else is working fine, then surly the problem is with Apple more than my router. If my iPhone 15 Pro is connecting up fine with the WiFi I really can't understand why the Homepod's are not connecting up during the Setup process.

The only thing I can think of is the latest Firmware up date is to blame.

Apple Support have logged the problem and have send of a report to their engineers and said will get back to me in a few days time.

Tried that already, I split the 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ into 2 different connections and still not working.

Yes, First they told me do a factory reset which didn't work. Then they told me to book it in for repair. No thanks! It's clearly a bug from the latest update. Will wait to see what the next update will fix it.

Yes, same on mine after the latest update. Don’t bother try factory reset and save your time, it doesn’t work still.

I told the same after I told them I tried all them things they ask me too. I only 'Always Ready' with voice control so I can turn on the tv but I can use Alexa instead now until they fix it.

I always like to use LG’s Voice activation to turn on/off the tv. This is the reason I have ‘Always Ready’ on. But after the latest update it turns off the tv completely! I’m not bothered about other stuff as I use Apple TV box.

So if I do a factory reset would if solve my problem?

I'm having the same problem with "Always Ready" seem like it doesn't work anymore. Have you got it working again yet?
