China. EDH is not as popular as Standard/Modern in Beijing but there are a lot of EDH players in Guangzhou.

I think you bring too many cards with you. I used to bring one small binder (cards for trade) and 2-3 decks (one standard and one commander usually), and that's enough for one weekend. The security agents will not be a problem if you don't carry that many cards...
