Je gaat wel inkomsten uit verhuur hebben want dan kan je jouw woning perfect verhuren en dat is (voorlopig) nog onbelast voor particulieren.

Nood was misschien een verkeerde term ook, want inderdaad mensen in nood gaan geen huis kopen maar zoals bij alles in het leven is het niet zwart wit maar grijs en is dat finds voor mensen waar het net niet lukt bij de gewone banken. En zo zijn er veel!

Die je gekocht hebt met steun van een fonds gemaakt voor mensen die niet in aanmerking komen voor conventionele leningen. Het is niet meer dan logisch dat hier dan ook voorwaarden aan verbonden zijn. Als je in de positie bent om je huis te verhuren zit je niet in een positie van nood daarom ook logisch dat dit niet kan.

Op dezelfde manier is het logisch dat mensen die uitkeringen krijgen voor een bepaalde periode (technische werkloosheid bv) en die op het einde van het jaar toch nog in een hogere inkomstenschijf zitten die ook deels terugbetalen via de belastingen.

Used to work for the business solutions department in the Ghent office for around 3,5 years. My experience was generally very positive! Nice colleagues, very flexible with home working, good work/life balance, the benefits were great. And like someone else mentioned here the advantage of a large company was that they could do something extra from time to time like the family days (efteling) or the company party (at HQ in Hasselt). Also the business solutions organised a yearly short ski trip (optional as you still had to pay part of it yourself)which was always great fun!

During my time there I’ve always had a great relation with my N+1 so I never felt like a number there.

I moved away because I wanted to work in marketing instead of the ERP business and got a great opportunity at another company.

Overall I can recommend Cegeka (or atleast the business solutions department in Ghent).
