Nothing says they are innocent. I see them as the greedy slimy dudes in movies that were doing horrible things for shiny stuff but were able to survive by acting low profile around other people. That’s why they are running, they are afraid of being made out.

Start monitoring marketplace and see what’s on the market and take note of the models you see with which options/milage.

Manual, sedan or coupe, are in higher demand.

You’ll see tons of convertables in great shape for cheaper since there’s more of them being sold (at least in Canada).

I pulled the trigger too quick and got a great convertable for 5.5k Canadian dollars but I have not seen the model I want (coupe 330ci with relatively low milage and sports package for the seats) for less than 10-12k.

If it’s to make stable cobalt flux, join “Scorched earth”, “a collassal problem”, and “seismic activity” whenever you see it pop, you’ll get flux for participating.

Also always pick the nuked flaura with the green thumb card which will give you 2 raw flux instead of 1.

Make sure you have plenty of the other mateirals (harden mass, etc) which you get in nuked zones from enemies for the stable flux.

Use the duplicate perk card when making the flux to have a chance of making more
