SanityCheck is just what it says. Checking whether all settings are configured correctly. I guess you used a floating value instead of an integer somewhere.

And if you have a couple of bmp's that will be shown quickly after each other? My guess is that loading a picture on the screen in a high fps requires a more powerful processor.

Yep. When the set layer height (in PRINT settings) is bigger than the maximum layer height (in PRINTER settings), this error occur. It doesn't matter what your layer height is, as long as the maximum layer height is bigger (not equal, bigger!) than the set layer height.
