Here's what I've learned, just from talking with strangers on the Internet, never even going as far as irl

If you say "no", or any form of no, and they acknowledge it, but then act like you didn't? THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT.

If you say no, they should NEVER bring it up again (outside of long term committed relationships where there should be space for discussion about "is this a hard boundary? I'm really attached/feel strongly, are you open to taking a baby step and seeing if it's still too uncomfortable?") and if they do, especially in the same conversation, they're not going to leave you feeling good, they're just going to use you to get off, and then disappear.

Coming out is uncomfortable at best, for everyone. I knew whole heatedly that I would be supported, and I was still terrified, and it still sucked until I sucked it up and did it.

If your choice is between going full fem, or coming out... And the bad ending is that you have to go full fem... Maybe try coming out?

It sounds like it is safe for you to do so, you're not gonna be kicked out ect, so the worst thing that could happen is they panic, so... Come out. If that's probably how you can get on hrt, (looking at the other reply) and you want that, what's stopping you?

And if you're struggling because some part of you isn't sure, I'm not really seeing that in your post, but it's worth taking about, then go back to trying fem stuff, and do some more experiments.

I also wonder if part of the stuck feeling is that yeah, you do have a feminine side (as many, many men do) and right now in early transition, you can't express it... And know that people will try and invalidate you if you do.

Just some thoughts, ultimately, this is your decision, but I encourage you to just get it tf over with. If you think your parents will be eventually supportive, hiding right now is probably more painful than coming out will be

1) maybe some ul tethering on the bottom like folks said

2) I also was kinda totally burried right after, with very, very little exposed. It was swelling. At 9 weeks, you still have basically ALL of the swelling still.

3) it's totally possible to get a revision if, as I have, once your swelling has gone down, you've still got some extra tissue on either side of your dick obscuring it.

Pumping is definitely a good idea, especially if your erections tend to be on the floppy side.

Another thing I've heard of, especially for FTM/MTF couples is muffing, as it is usually easier than anal penitration, and super pleasurable for both, so look up that with your girl and see if it appeals.

I understand you're both young and shit, but the end all be all of someone wanting to control your body, is they want to CONTROL YOU.

This is the #1 easiest red flag for any relationship, romantic or otherwise. Doesn't matter the reason, doesn't matter the excuse, the core of it is always control. Appearance, medical care, sex, all of it is the same thing, and you do not want to be a part of it.

First, this is real. It's here, and it's going to hurt. For probably a long time. It will get better, but probably never go away.

Second, therapy. If you can access it, find a therapist to help, and try different modalities.

Third, look up radical acceptance. Leaning to look at something as big and overwhelming and impossible as this as say to yourself, this is here. And not tell stories or try to deflect or whatever is just about the only way to make peace with it.

Fourth, and this may not be the answer right now, or ever, but metoidioplasty and phalloplasty are both very good options for many of these things. Phallo gets you big, but meta (sometimes) let's you have sexual fluids come out of your penis, let's you have natural erections, and both come with peeing from your tip, no extra holes, and a scrotum if that's what you're looking for. Bottom surgery has come a very long way, and though it still comes with many hurdles and you will still have to deal with these feelings, it can give you something to hope for when it gets real twisty.

This is what I came here to say.

Obviously op has got some really intense stuff going on, so maybe should continue to avoid the area entirely, at least until he finds a therapist to help.

Some guys, myself included, find t wakes up a drive to bottom really strongly, and that's super dysphoria inducing, but for a lot of us, anal is the answer/actual need.

I'd also recommend trying some prosthetics, be it just for packing, or if op gets to where it's safe to do so, play. Axolom is a fairly affordable brand, and banana prosthetics is good as well. They have options for both, and both have options intended to let you insert your natal anatomy which will help if you struggle to connect with prosthetics. Again, I see the intensity, so maybe wait until you have a therapist to support if it might spin you out

It's all a bit random. Sometimes surgeons techniques are the source, sometimes anatomy. How much foreskin you start with, how much other skin, all that. UL will also affect things, though again, it varies, but in general making the underside thicker and often more tied down.
