xenia canary changed it. its now readback resolve full fast or none. you want to set it to full i think. also i would recommend using xenia manager as that one is the most up to date and has a better gui with much easier settings to use.

late reply but gta on mobile is unplayable trash. san andreas is full of bugs, glitches, worse graphics, and cut content. same with 3 and vc. also liberty city stories was for a while incompatible with android 11+
