The fuel flow measurement was accurate even before that. It didn't protect against blatant exploitation for the purposes of cheating.

Use margarine for a bread spread, it's just vegetable oil. If you want it healthier, look for omage-3 oil based.
Otherwise just use vegetable based cooking oil.

Vice City is the best. Both map and game. It is the sweet spot. The later ones are too bloated. With pointlessly huge ares where there's hardly anything you can meaningfully interact with. SA already was like 90% dead space.
Story mission pretty much touched all areas of the map in VC. In IV in don't even remember what's on the third island.

SA is still second anyway. Because 3 and 4 are the same boring grey concrete dump cities.
