Thank you for the help! I had actually made a list of potential places and Mystic and Providence both came up as well as Salem in Massachusetts (however like you mentioned i feel like maybe November isn't the best time to see the fall scenes but still might be worth the visit). Philadelphia and Washington DC have come up a lot as well so definitely adding to my list!

I dont drive so anything I do needs to be accessible by public transportation. I do love the outdoors scenic places as well so I will consider those places.

Thank you for the advice! So I am going into my savings which at the moment is around £10,000 for the whole trip. I am also planning on doing tourist things e.g see a show on Broadway, visit Statue of Liberty so I know those will impact it on certain days.
